Accuracy matters. If we get something wrong, we want to fix it quickly and transparently. Here is how our corrections and complaints process works.

Corrections policy

When we confirm a material error, we correct the article promptly and add a dated note describing what changed. Significant corrections are clearly marked so readers know the record was updated.

How it works

  1. Send us the article URL and a clear description of the issue (with a source, if possible).
  2. Our editorial team reviews the report, usually within two business days.
  3. If a correction is warranted, we update the article and append a dated correction note.
  4. We reply to let you know the outcome.
