Accuracy matters. If we get something wrong, we want to fix it quickly and transparently. Here is how our corrections and complaints process works.
Corrections policy
When we confirm a material error, we correct the article promptly and add a dated note describing what changed. Significant corrections are clearly marked so readers know the record was updated.
How it works
- Send us the article URL and a clear description of the issue (with a source, if possible).
- Our editorial team reviews the report, usually within two business days.
- If a correction is warranted, we update the article and append a dated correction note.
- We reply to let you know the outcome.
